I'm a lawyer and personal trainer (certified since 2000 by the American Council on Exercise) and health coach (as recognized by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition).
I use a common sense, uncomplicated online or in-person approach to the best ways to help clients look better and feel better, and achieve a healthier lifestyle. A particular focus is on folks who feel they are aging perhaps a bit ungracefully, helping with posture, flexibility, strength, and mobility.
Although everyone knows a little about what a good fitness program might entail, everyone also needs external support, that is, someone to check in with, and hold them accountable. That is where I can play a crucial role in motivating you. I will inspire you to develop a definitive plan and then reach your fitness goals.
It is critical for us to write down exactly why you want to change, and what you want to achieve. And then, together, we can monitor your progress.
As a still-competitive vegan athlete (and grandad), I have found that a whole foods, plant-based diet works best for me. That said, I recognize that there are other roads to good health and fitness, and I can help you make choices that work for you.
